דליה מור (נולדה בשנת 1953) היא פרופסור למדעי ההתנהגות. משמשת ראש צוות הקמה ונשיאה מיועדת של המכללה האקדמית מזרח ירושלים. שימשה נשיאת האגודה הסוציולוגית הישראלית, סגנית הנשיא לעניינים אקדמיים במכללה האקדמית תל אביב-יפו, דיקאן בית הספר למדעי ההתנהגות במסלול האקדמי המכללה למנהל וחברת הנהלת ועד ראשי המכללות האקדמיות הציבוריות (ור"מ).

ביוגרפיה

נולדה בתל אביב. בשנת 1962 נסעה לחמש שנים עם משפחתה לשליחות בניגריה ובגאנה. עם חזרתם ארצה עברו לרמת חן ברמת גן. את לימודי התיכון התחילה בתיכון בליך ברמת חן וסיימה בפנימיית הדסים, כשהוריה נסעו שוב לשליחות, לטנזניה במזרח אפריקה. שירתה בצה"ל בשנים 1971–1973.

בשנת 1978 נישאה לשחקן התיאטרון אברהם מור (2012-1935) ולהם שני בנים.

בשנת 2018 נישאה לפרופ' מוטי רביד, מנהל המרכז הרפואי מעייני הישועה. מתגוררת בתל אביב.

השכלה גבוהה

בשנת 1980 השלימה תואר ראשון בסוציולוגיה ופסיכולוגיה באוניברסיטת תל אביב. בשנת 1984 קיבלה תואר שני בסוציולוגיה (בהתמחות פסיכולוגיה חברתית) באוניברסיטת תל אביב.

בשנת 1988 הוענק לדליה מור תואר דוקטור בסוציולוגיה מאוניברסיטת תל אביב. הגישה את עבודת הדוקטור "סגרגציה בשוק העבודה והשלכותיה לאי שוויון בשכר ותחושות קיפוח", בהנחיית פרופ' אפרים יער ופרופ' גדעון פישלזון.

קריירה אקדמית

תחומי המחקר של דליה מור הם פסיכולוגיה חברתית (צדק חברתי, מיקוד שליטה זהויות חברתיות); עמדות תפיסות ויחסים בין ישראלים ופלסטינים; מגדר; משפחה ועבודה; ושיטות מחקר כמותניות.

משנת 1988 עד 2006 שימשה מרצה באוניברסיטה העברית, במחלקה לסוציולוגיה ובביה"ס לעבודה סוציאלית.

בשנת 1995 נסעה לשנת הוראה בקליפורניה כמרצה אורחת (Distinguished Visiting Faculty) במחלקה לסוציולוגיה של אוניברסיטת קליפורניה.

בשנת 1996 החלה לעבוד במכללה למינהל כמרצה בכירה בבית הספר למדעי ההתנהגות. שימשה בהמשך ראש תוכנית מצטיינים לתואר ראשון בבית הספר למדעי ההתנהגות, וראש התוכנית לתואר שני בייעוץ ארגוני בבית הספר למדעי ההתנהגות. בשנים 2009–2015 שימשה דיקאן בית הספר למדעי ההתנהגות במכללה.

בשנים 2015–2018 שימשה סגנית הנשיא לעניינים אקדמיים במכללה האקדמית תל אביב יפו. משנת 2018 מור היא ראש צוות ההקמה ונשיאה מיועדת של המכללה האקדמית מזרח ירושלים.

בשנת 2005 קיבלה תואר פרופסור חבר, ובשנת 2011 מונתה לפרופסור מן המניין.

ניסיון מקצועי

דליה מור הייתה יועצת בכירה בלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה, יועצת הוועדה המייעצת להערכת עיסוקים בסקטור הציבורי וחברה בוועדת ההיגוי במרכז המחקר של כנסת ישראל, שדולת הנשים.

בשנים 1998–2005 שימשה חוקרת בכירה במכון טרומן לחקר השלום. שימשה חברת הוועדה המייעצת בנציבות שירות המדינה לקידום שוויון בתעסוקה שבמשרד המסחר והתעשייה בשנים 2008–2013.

בשנים 2010–2015 הייתה חברת הנהלה באגודה הסוציולוגית העולמית. נבחרה לנשיאת האגודה הסוציולוגית הישראלית ב-2013 ושימשה בתפקיד זה עד 2015.
