מבצע הרתעת התוקפנות (בערבית: عملية ردع العدوان, בתעתיק מדויק: עַמַלִ֫יַּת רַ֫דע אלְעֻדְוַ֫אן) הוא מבצע צבאי של המורדים הסורים בצפון מערב סוריה שנפתח ב-27 בנובמבר 2024, במסגרת מתקפת המורדים הסורים. המבצע נפתח במתקפת פתע של המורדים שבמהלכה נכבשו תוך מספר ימים שטחים נרחבים במערב סוריה.
המתקפה
27 בנובמבר
ב-27 בנובמבר 2024 פתחו מספר קבוצות מורדים בסוריה, ובראשן הצבא הסורי החופשי והיאת תחריר א-שאם, בתמיכת טורקיה, במתקפת פתע לאורך חזית ארוכה של עמדות של הצבא הסורי ושל המיליציות האיראניות המסייעות לו.
ביום הראשון למתקפה הכוחות התוקפים כבשו את הכפרים קבתאן אל-ג'בל (ער'),[1] שייח' עקיל, באלא, היירדרקל, א-סלום, ג'מעיית אל-מערי, אל-קאסמיה, כפר ביסין,[2] אורם א-סוע'רא (אנ'),[3] אורם אל-כוברא (אנ'),[4] העיירה ענג'ארה (ער')[5] והעיירה חוור (ער'), הממוקמת פחות מ-30 קילומטרים מהעיר חלב.[6]
המורדים תפסו טנק בעיירה אל-הותה (ער') והשתלטו על מחסן של משמרות המהפכה בו אוחסנו טילים מסוג קורנט.[7] בנוסף הכוחות השתלטו על בסיס של גדוד 46 של צבא סוריה.[8]
לפי דיווח של המרכז הסורי לזכויות אדם, ב-27 בנובמבר נהרגו 60 פעילים מפלגי המורדים ועוד 37 חיילים בצבא הסורי. עוד דווח כי חמישה חיילים מכוחות משטר אסד נפלו בשבי המורדים. דווח גם כי המורדים הגיעו עד כ-10 ק"מ מערבית לעיר חלב, השנייה בגודלה בסוריה.
על פי דיווחים בכלי תקשורת ערביים, מספר ההרוגים במהלך היום השני לקרבות עלה ל-132: 65 מהם מארגון היאת תחריר א-שאם, 18 מסיעות "הצבא הלאומי", ו-49 אנשי כוחות המשטר, בהם לפחות ארבעה קצינים בדרגות שונות.[9]
28 בנובמבר
ב-28 בנובמבר דווח כי קצין בדרגת בריגדיר גנרל מגיס לבנון וסוריה של כוח קודס האיראני נהרג בלחימה.[10]
המורדים תקפו גם את שדה התעופה הצבאי א-ניירַבּ, ממזרח לחלב, שבו היו מיליציות פרו-איראניות. אנשי המרכז הסורי לזכויות אדם אמרו כי כוחות המורדים הגיעו למרחק של כ-2 ק"מ מהעיר חלב. 14 אלף תושבים נעקרו מבתיהם בעקבות הלחימה.[11] בנוסף הכוחות כבשו מספר כפרים בתוך מחוז אידליב.
באזור בצפון-מזרח סוריה הנשלט על ידי הכורדים הועברו תגבורות לכיוון אזור צפון-מערב סוריה, רחפן טורקי התפוצץ על חייל כורדי שנסע על אופנוע.[12][13]
ביום השני למתקפה הכוחות התוקפים כבשו את הכפרים שייח' עלי, פרוור אל-מוהנדסין השני,[14] כפר ג'ום,[15] אל-מנאהל, א-רדוואן, עולי אל-אלבאב,[16] כפר נאהא (ער'),[17] ח'אן אל-עסל (אנ'), א-זרבה (אנ'),[18] מנסורה,[19] הכפר אל-ברקום (ער'), הכפר אל-חדאבה, תלת א-רקים,[20] אל-כסייביה (ער'),[21] והאזורים איכארדא, קמארי (ער'), יער קמארי ואל-סליה נכבשו. בנוסף המורדים השתלטו על כביש חלב–דמשק.[11]
29 בנובמבר
ב-29 בנובמבר הכריזו המורדים כי הם הצליחו להיכנס לעיר חלב.[22] תיעודים רבים מסוריה הראו את כוחות המורדים באתרים מרכזיים בעיר.[23] בעיירה ח'אן טומאן הצליחו מורדים לתפוס ארבעה טנקים של צבא סוריה.[24] בציר ח'אן א-סביל המורדים תפסו טנק נוסף.[25]
לקראת הערב המורדים כבשו את מרכז העיר חלב.[26] עקב זאת, אבו מוחמד אל-ג'ולאני, מנהיג היאת תחריר א-שאם הגיע אל העיר לנהל משם עם שאר המפקדים את הלחימה.[27] גורמים ישראלים העריכו כי תוך מספר ימים העיר תיפול לכוחות המורדים ואחריה שאר צפון סוריה יפול לידי המורדים, וכי איראן תהיה צריכה לבחור אם לאבד את חמאס ולגרום לכך שחזבאללה יוחלש אפילו יותר או לתת למורדים לכבוש את צפון סוריה.[28] בעיירה איסלאמין הכוחות תפסו 6 טנקים סוריים.[29]
בלילה המורדים כבשו את מטה המשטרה הסורית בעיר חלב,[30] מצודת חלב, והכריזו על עוצר ברחבי העיר.[31] כוחות כורדיים התחילו להתאסף בשכונת שייח' מקסוד ובאזורים כורדיים נוספים בעיר חלב והכורדים התחילו להתכונן להצטרף למערכה.[32] בנוסף גם ארצות הברית תקפה תשתיות בצפון-מזרח סוריה שמהן מתחילת המתקפה הגיעו תגבורת.[33] באזור המזרחי של מחוז חלב התחילו לראשונה קרבות בין הצבא הסורי החופשי לכוחות אסד, בקרבות היה גם ירי ארטילרי מאזור הנשלט על ידי הכורדים.[34]
הצבא הרוסי הודיע כי חיל האוויר שלו ביצע הפצצות נגד כוחות אנטי-ממשלתיים בסוריה, במטרה להדוף את המורדים הסורים שפתחו במתקפה רחבת היקף על העיר חלב.[35]
ביום השלישי למתקפה, הכוחות התוקפים כבשו את הכפרים תל כראתין (אנ'), אבו קנסה,[36] זיתאן (ער'),[37] ח'לאסה,[38] בירנה,[39] תל מרדיח' (ער'),[40] א-סבקיה,[41] אל-חדיר,[42] אל-עייס (אנ'),[43] קוסניה, רַסם א-סהריג' (ער'),[44] שייח' מנסור, הכפר אסלאמין[29] והכפר שייח' אידריס.[45]
30 בנובמבר
בלילה בין 29 ל-30 בנובמבר המורדים כבשו בעיר חלב את מסגד אומיה.[46] המרכז הסורי לזכויות אדם מסר לסוכנות הידיעות AFP כי המורדים כבשו כמחצית מחלב. שני גורמים צבאיים סוריים אמרו לרויטרס כי רוסיה הבטיחה לספק למשטר אסד סיוע צבאי נוסף כדי לסכל את מתקפת המורדים.[47] רוסיה פתחה בתקיפות אוויריות על חלקים של חלב בין הלילה לשבת בפעם הראשונה מאז 2016.[48]
בעיר חלב עיתונאי נהרג מירי על ידי כוחות אסד.[49] באזור בית חולים עות'מאן התרחשו קרבות קטנים בין כוחות המורדים הכורדים למורדים.[50] בכפר טומאן (ער') המורדים לקחו בשבי שני חיילים ממיליציות תומכות אסד.[51] המורדים נלחמו בכוחות אסד והכורדים, וכבשו מידי הכורדים את הכפר עראן (אנ'). כאשר שיירת כוחות אסד ניסו לסגת המורדים הפציצו את השיירה והרגו 75 חיילים. בכפר אבו ג'באר (אנ') הכוחות תפסו שני טנקים.[52] בערב המורדים הפילו מטוס קרבי סורי מעל שמי חלב.[53]
גם הקונסוליה האיראנית בצפון סוריה נכבשה על ידי המורדים, שם המורדים מצאו מפות לחימה ועדויות שמשמרות המהפכה ניהלו את ההגנה על העיר.[54]
אחד ממפקדי ארגון היאת תחריר א-שאם פרסם סרטון שבו הוא נראה בהיכל עיריית חלב ומכריז כי היעד הבא של ארגוני המורדים היא העיר חמה.[55] כוחות רוסיה וסוריה התחילו לסגת מהעיר. כוחות סוריה גם התחילו לסגת מאזורים במזרח-מרכז סוריה.[56][57]
ערב בדרום סוריה כוחות מורדים תקפו בעיר א-סווידא את מטה המודיעין של חיל האוויר הסורי בעיר.[58]
ביום הרביעי למתקפה, המורדים כבשו את הכפרים שייח' אידריס, א-ריאן, אל-כנאיס,[59] תל דיבס, תל כרסיאן (אנ'),[60] א-רסאפה, כפר עמים (אנ'), חזן,[61] ריאן, בג'פאס, אל-בווייטי (אנ'), בליטה, תל אל-אע'ר (אנ'),[62] טלאפח (ער'), א-ד'הביה (ער'), ג'לבה,[63] א-דאנא (אנ'), תל טוקאן (אנ'), ג'ראדה,[64] תל מנס (אנ'),[65] מער שור֫ין (אנ'),[66] מַ֫איֶר (אנ'),[67] אל-בורייג' (אנ'), מַערת מוחַ'ס, ח'אן שייח'ון,[68] מער שַׁ֫מְשַׁה (אנ'), אל-חמידיה,[69] תפריעה כבירה (ער'), תל זויאן,[70] מורכ (אנ'), כפר זיתא (אנ'), מער זיתא (אנ'),[71] שייח' מוסטפא, מערת חרמה,[72] אל-ארבעין (אנ'),[73] א-לטאמנה (אנ'),[74] כפר נבודה (אנ'),[75] מערדֶס (אנ'),[76] מחַרְדה (אנ'),[77] סוראן (אנ'), סרג'ה סע'ירה, סרג'ה כבירה (ער'),[78] כפרומה (אנ'),[79] ארן, שדות התעופה הצבאיים אבו ד'וה֫ור (אנ') וכוויירס (אנ'), שדה התעופה הבין-לאומי חלב, הבסיס הרוסי בעיירה מעסראן (אנ'),[80] והערים ענדאן (אנ'), חריתאן (אנ'), כפר חמרה (אנ'), חיאן (ער'), רתיאן (אנ'), ביאנון (אנ'),[81] סראקב (אנ')[82] וחלפאיא (אנ').[83]
המורדים הכורדים כבשו את מקומות היישוב דיר חאפר (אנ'), תל עַרַן (אנ'), תל חאסל (ער'),[84] נובל (אנ'), א-זהראא (אנ'), ואת המפעל שייח' נג'אר.[85]
בשעות הערב צבא סוריה התחיל מתקפה נגד התקדמות המורדים,[86] הצבא הסורי כבש מחדש את הכפר קמחאנה (אנ') ואת פאתי העיר חמה.[87] בצפון מחוז חומס, כוחות מקומיים בעיירה תלביסה (אנ') השתלטו על העיירה ועל עמדות בסביבתה, ומחכים להגעת המורדים.[88]
