וסילי ויאצ'סלבוביץ' אוטקין (ברוסית: Васи́лий Вячесла́вович У́ткин) הוא כתב ספורט רוסי, מגיש טלוויזיה ורדיו, בדרן, שחקן ואחד מבעלי פורטל האינטרנט Sports.ru.[1] משמש בתור העורך הראשי של ערוצי הספורט של NTV Plus מ-1 בספטמבר 2010.[2] משמש כפרשן כדורגל בערוץ הטלוויזיה Match TV.
ידוע גם בשל פעולות והצהרות שעוררו שערוריות בינלאומיות שונות[3][4][5][6][7][8]. בין היתר נמתכה אליו ביקורת מצד פרשני ספורט של ערוץ אוקראיני ספורט 1.
